DMT Training Courses

You dictate the type of incidents that best suit your working environment and most frequent or likely type of incident to be attended.

We will prepare a series of scenarios that best suit the entry skill level of the trainees and then work to develop their skills through the training sessions to a higher level of skill and experience.

The unique ability of our system allows us to simplify or to complicate any scenario in real-time as the scenario is being played out during the training session. This serves not only to control the stress level and performance of the trainees but also ensures that the maximum value is attained from each and every training session.

Course Duration

DMT offers on-site training services in blocks of 5 consecutive training days

The training syllabus can be tailor-made to suit customer’s specific training requirements

5 Trainees attend each training course

Basic, Half-Day courses can be arranged as an Introduction to Command & Control for newly appointed Officers or Non-Operational Staff

Development Courses are usually arranged to last 1 or 2 days

A 5 day training service can be arranged to suit your development needs with any combination of our training courses. e.g. - 2 half-day courses plus 1 two-day course plus 2 one-day courses
