Crisis Management Course
Training Goal
The goal of this training course is to provide the partcipants with a comprehensive understanding of the practices and procedures of Emergency Incident Crisis Management.
The course further serves to provide participants with an opportunity to transfer the theoretical knowledge attained into the practical application of the crisis management process at simulated press conferences and meetings and also to revise and validate their own “Standard Operating Procedures”
Target Audience
The Course has been developed for organisations that have adopted or intend to adopt a formal Crisis Management System
Specific attendees from the organisation should be;
- Persons who have a direct responsibility for media liaison and communications
- Persons who may be required to perform a management role at an incident
- Persons who may need to assist the Incident Management Team in Media Communications
- Persons who may be required to know the principles of the Crisis Management System
- Persons who may have to report to senior management about an emergency incident
